1.Material inspection: QC will make sure only the best quality of material is used, steel certification will be provided.

2. Mold design inspection: All molds design must be confirmed by the clients with DFM report, Mold flow if needed,

2D/3D tool drawing before the mold building.

3. During Tooling Process: Mold Design control; Steel Hardness; Electrodes; Core and Cavity,Steel Dimension;

Pre-Assembly; Final Inspection;Mold Trial Report and Samples; Pre-Shipment;Package Inspection

4. Assembly: Our staff have many years of experience assembling delicate or intricate components and strict protocols

to ensure all parts are put together with care and skill.

5: Prior shippment:  Mold are inspected and recorded to sure molds functions and quality meet customer's request.

6. Advanced measuring equipment: We have CMM (USA), Image vision dynascope optical measuring machine etc.
